Maggie Walker wins HSNCT

This afternoon perennial NSC contender Maggie Walker Governor’s school won the 2010 NAQT HSNCT, solidifying its candidacy for the top spot at the 2010 NSC.  A post tomorrow will outline exactly what the events of HSNCT mean for the teams.

First Set of Team-by-Team Previews

Ok, time to begin a series of team-by-team previews for the teams playing the 2010 PACE NSC.  In this post we will detail the competitive resume of eight of the top teams that look primed to try to take home the title next weekend. Hello and welcome to the WordPress blog for the 2010 Partnership for Academic Competition Excellence National Scholastics Championship, June 5-6 2010 on the scenic George Mason University campus in Fairfax, Virginia.  As a preview for the 2010 NSC, have prepared, along with Eric Douglass and with input from other experts, a series of team-by team previews. They will begin to appear over the course of this weekend.  But first:
