Congratulations go out to the team from State College Area High School for their win in the 2011 PACE National Scholastics Championship. Winning the tournament itself was certainly no small accomplishment, but for Graham, David, and Christoph to win the title short handed speaks volumes about just how great they are. State College defeated Hunter College High School’s “A” team in a one game final to take home the championship.

POLL: WHO WILL WIN THE 2011 PACE NSC?
I have now previewed several teams for your consideration. As such, lets take this opportunity to take a survey. As of right now, who do you believe will win the 2011 PACE NSC?
UPDATE: It appears that the consensus is fairly split between LASA and State College as the favorites, with LASA having a bit of an advantage. Should be an exciting weekend, and I look forward to it. Good luck to all teams!

Welcome Back!
With the month of May coming to an end, it must be time for the Partnership for Academic Competition Excellence to host another National Scholastics Championship! This year the NSC will be June 4th and 5th at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. Currently, there are 58 teams scheduled to compete for this year’s PACE High School National Championship!
In the coming days, we will have coverage of this year’s event, and we aim to have live coverage again this year.
